Our engineering team focuses entirely on off-grid outdoor surveillance. Every product goes through real-world field validation — not only controlled lab bench tests.

Hardware is stress-validated against the conditions a camera actually faces on a farm or job site:

Who is RuggedVision?

RuggedVision is a brand built around off-grid, solar-powered outdoor security cameras. Our team focuses entirely on demanding field environments — remote farms, active construction sites, rural estates, and residences without reliable power or broadband. We design, field-validate, and support the products ourselves rather than just reselling generic hardware.

Where are RuggedVision cameras designed and tested?

Hardware is designed and refined by our engineering team and then stress-validated in real-world field conditions — extreme heat, freezing cold, heavy rain, and gusty winds — not only in a lab. That's a core part of how we work: if a camera can't survive the environment it's sold for, it doesn't ship.

Do your cameras work in places with no WiFi or no power?

Yes — that's exactly what we're built for. Solar panels keep cameras running off-grid, and our lineup includes WiFi models for home networks as well as 4G models that connect over a cellular SIM where no WiFi exists. Some setups pair with a local NVR or base station for centralized storage. Check each product page for the connectivity options it supports.

Is "rugged" just a marketing word?

For us it's a requirement list. Every camera is validated for real outdoor duty — weather-sealed housing, UV-stable materials, batteries and solar sized for sustained use, and mounts that hold up to wind. We publish honest specifications and avoid overpromising on performance we haven't proven in the field.

What warranty and return policy do you offer?

Every RuggedVision product comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use, plus a 30-day return window on unopened items and 14-day DOA replacement if your unit arrives defective. Do you ship worldwide?

We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide, with estimated delivery of 3–15 business days depending on destination and customs. A small set of regions is currently not supported for delivery — see our shipping policy for the current list. Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the customer's responsibility.
