Rugged Vision provides a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty for all official products purchased from our website. We guarantee product quality and reliable after-sales support for all outdoor security camera systems.

Warranty Coverage Period

The limited 12-month warranty takes effect from the date of customer product delivery. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Resold or second-hand products are not eligible for warranty services.

Covered products include: RV Twinview Wireless, RV Ranger PRO Wireless, RV FourSight 4G NVR, RV Oracle Ultra PTZ Camera, RV Oracle Ultra Bullet Camera, RV Vault Intelligent PoE NVR, and all original factory accessories.

Warranty Coverage Scope

Within the warranty period, if the product fails to work normally due to original manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under standard installation and normal outdoor use, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the faulty product free of charge; OR
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent unit

Replaced products inherit the remaining warranty time of the original order.

Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (batteries, light beads, sealing gaskets)
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or improper installation
  • Man-made damage, impact, drop, water immersion, fire, lightning, or extreme weather exceeding product rated standards
  • Usage with third-party non-original accessories or power supplies
  • Cosmetic scratches that do not affect core product functions
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or counterfeit goods

Warranty Claim Process

1. Prepare your order number, purchase proof, device serial number, and fault photos/videos.

2. Contact our support team for professional technical troubleshooting.

3. If hardware failure is confirmed, we will issue an RMA return instruction for repair or replacement.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for sending defective units back for inspection. We cover shipping fees for repaired or replaced products sent back to customers for valid in-warranty claims.

Out-of-Warranty Service

After the 1-year warranty expires, we provide paid repair services. All parts, labor, and shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

This limited warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may also have additional consumer protection rights according to local laws and regulations of your country or region.
